From selected and highly experienced farmers and suppliers from Messinia and Lakonia areas, ΔOGMA table olives derive from “Kalamon” variety (Kalamata Olives), a type of olive considered as a superior variety of edible olives. The fruit is collected mature from November till Christmas. After the proper process (engraving, salt solution and/or vinegar and olive oil), we get the Kalamon black table olives, which is an especially frequent commercial name in Greece and abroad too.
